Our Story

Founded by Dr. Sami Hourani, Leaders of Tomorrow was created with a simple yet powerful belief: young people are not only the future, but also the drivers of change today. What started as a vision to empower youth in Jordan has grown into a dynamic platform that supports thousands of young people across education, entrepreneurship, civic engagement, innovation, and social development.

Over the years, Leaders of Tomorrow has become a space where ideas turn into action. Through training programs, social innovation initiatives, dialogue platforms, research projects, campaigns, and community-driven activities, the organization works to equip youth with the knowledge, confidence, and opportunities needed to shape their communities and build meaningful futures.

Driven by the leadership and vision of Dr. Sami Hourani, the organization believes in the power of education, creativity, and participation as essential tools for sustainable development. Leaders of Tomorrow continuously works to bridge gaps between young people and opportunities by designing initiatives that respond to real social, economic, and cultural challenges.

Building Communities Through Innovation

Leaders of Tomorrow is a youth-led organization and a hub for social innovation.Through our initiatives, we work to develop an extensive network by which ideas and suggestions are discussed, debated, and used to enact change and reform. Leaders of Tomorrow uses social media, social networls, and word of mouth to grow and grab the community’s attention and action. We also collaborate with local and international organizations and other institutions in implementing various community programs.

Our mission is to empower youth across Jordan and the region by equipping them with the knowledge, opportunities, and tools needed to become impactful leaders, social innovators, and active contributors to their communities.

We strive to nurture a new generation of changemakers who approach societal challenges with creativity, critical thinking, and innovative solutions. Through experiential learning programs, civic engagement initiatives, entrepreneurship opportunities, and leadership development, we encourage young individuals to transform ideas into meaningful social impact.

Our mission also focuses on building a strong and inclusive community of capable young leaders who are proactive, socially responsible, and confident in taking initiative.
