A Finance Manager has been part of the Leaders of Tomorrow family since 2013, growing alongside the company. Building and maintaining the financial infrastructure. Her responsibilities span the full financial cycle from budget development and forecasting through to IFRS-compliant reporting, external audit management, and direct submission of financial statements to our partners. She simultaneously leads HR operations - overseeing recruitment, contract management, and staff development.
