Education and Capacity Building

We empower youth and communities through high-quality opportunities and training programs. Our work focuses on building knowledge, enhancing leadership abilities, and equipping individuals with the practical tools needed to excell professionally and socially.

FORSA platform empowers over 5 million individuals and +2000 organizations across the MENA region by providing open access and smart matching to learning opportunities, trainings, internships and jobs. Through its well-developed digital infrastructure and innovative pathways, FORSA supports youth, women, refugees, persons with disabilities, and vulnerable communities to build skills, gain experience, expand networks, and enhance employability, while enabling opportunities providers (NGOs, CSOs, private sector, government programs) to reach and match with talents across Jordan.

One of the key tools offered through FORSA is the Personality Assessment Test, designed to help young people better understand their strengths, interests, abilities, and personal traits in order to make informed educational and career decisions. The assessment provides participants with valuable insights into their personalities, learning styles, leadership potential, and professional preferences, helping them identify fields and opportunities that align with their goals and aspirations. The Personality Assessment Test serves as a guidance and self-discovery tool that empowers youth to build confidence, improve self-awareness, and develop clearer career pathways.

Economic Empowerment & Employment

We support individuals in accessing sustainable economic opportunities by promoting workforce readiness and career development. Moreover, and through our digital marketplace SouqFann; we enable women’s cooperatives and handicraft producers across Jordan to reach wider markets while handling logistics like payments and shipping.

Since its launch in 2018, Souq Fann has supported and promoted the work of more than 100 creative producers, which includes more than 1.000 unique products.

In Arabic, Souq Fann means “Art Market”, but to the vast community of vendors from around the Middle East and North Africa region, it means much more than that. Souq Fann provides the opportunity for local artists to spread their own unique message via its easy-to-use online platform.

Although Souq Fann merchants come from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, and customs, they all share one common thread: they are all highly-skilled artisans following their passions and turning their dreams into a reality.

A Story Behind Each Product

At SouqFann, each vendor has a unique story that needs to be told and heard by the world, therefore we help our artists not only to sell their amazing creations but also to tell a heartwarming story behind each product they make.

Civic Engagement & Political Participation

Leaders of Tomorrow works to strengthen civic engagement and political development in Jordan by empowering young people to become active, informed, and responsible participants in public life.

Through dialogue spaces, advocacy campaigns, youth-led initiatives, simulations, trainings, and community programs, the organization encourages youth to engage in democratic processes, express their opinions freely, and contribute to decision-making within their communities.

DIWANIEH is an open, free and critical platform for debates in public spaces that aims to transfer political and social discussions from the elitist political and social saloons and ateliers to the street and for the public. Since 2012, Diwanieh has organized more than 65 public debates across Jordan and has implemented a variety of capacity building programs to enable youth across Jordan to actively participate, engage, and express points of view.

Diwanieh also serves as a platform for collaboration between youth, activists, entrepreneurs, creatives, and community leaders, helping participants expand their networks, exchange experiences, and develop leadership and communication skills. By creating accessible spaces for dialogue and innovation, Diwanieh reflects Leaders of Tomorrow’s broader mission of empowering youth and building more inclusive, connected, and socially aware communities.

Social & Behavioral Change

We design campaigns and community-driven initiatives that encourage positive social transformation and behavioural change. Through storytelling, research, communication, and engagement, we work to build more inclusive, aware, and resilient societies.

FADFED, translated “Speak it Out” or “Let it Out” in Arabic, is an open platform to engage people to creatively express their opinions anonymously on issues that matter to them. It is an interactive research tool designed to collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data. FADFED can be utilized to conduct public polling, internal organizational research, and more.

FADFED involves placing white sheets of paper in public spaces and inviting individuals to write on these sheets of paper their responses to a given question/s. Researchers using FADFED categorize respondents by demographics as suits their research purposes; for instance, by age or gender. A researcher does so by establishing a color coding of markers used at a particular event. Red markers might be given to women, or green markers to those over 50 years old, as an example. FADFED generates both written and oral discussion and debate on subject topics, and thus raises awareness of often controversial or politically sensitive issues.

We provide innovative design solutions, strategic consulting, and evidence-based research to support organizations, institutions, and development initiatives. Our work combines creativity, analytical thinking, and data-driven insights to develop impactful strategies and sustainable solutions.
