Leaders of Tomorrow is a regional, independent, not for profit and non-governmental youth organisation. Establish in 2007 in Jordan. Leaders of Tomorrow aims to create a community of young leaders, who are educated, critical thinkers, initiative takers and capable of serving their community creatively.

قادة الغد هي مؤسسة اقليمية شبابية مستقلة غير هادفة للربح وغير حكومية. تأسست في الأردن في عام ٢٠٠٧. تسعى قادة الغد الى بناء مجتمع من القادة الشباب المتعلم والنقدي والمبادر والقادر على خدمة مجتمعه بإبداع.

This August was our gladiolus , the symbol of our strength, and prosperity this month. Many events took place . Our diwanieh initiative organized a TOT ( training of trainers) in Al- Zarqa governorate, while here at Leaders of Tomorrow we were preparing for the New Think Festival, we also participated in the Tech tribes conference, and on the other hand For9a scored high numbers on both, the website and social media platforms. In addition to many strategic meetings with international organizations. Surprisingly the LOT family was complete this month many members came from different countries, and welcomed the new comers on board. Follow us to know more about us!

شهر 8 كان مثمر جداً وملئ بالإيجابية، الطاقة والإنجاز. والعديد من النشاطات قد عقدت في هذا الشهر. مبادرة ديوانية نظمت تدريب للمدربين بالتعاون مع ديمقراطي، وقمنا بدورنا هنا كمؤسسة قادة الغد بالتحضير لمهرجان الفكر الجديد، بالإضافة الى مشاركتنا في مؤتمر تك ترايبز. أما مبادرة فرصة قد حققت أرقام عالية على الموقع الرسمي وعلى مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي. أكتمل فريق قادة الغد هذا الشهر وأنضم اليه بعض الأفراد الجدد! تابعونا لتعرفوا المزيد

Diwanieh
ديوانية

Diwanieh always aspires to equip young people with skills and expertise on the latest developments in debating and public speaking techniques. Diwanieh held a training of trainers in the Century garden premises, that lasted for 5 days, where more than 25 participants attended the training. The training comprises of three main components, gaining maximum benefit from contact days, deepening the understanding of debating, planning, developing, delivering and evaluating a training more effectively.

ديوانية تطمح دائماً لتطوير وتعزيز مهارات الشباب في مجال المناظرات، البحث عقد في والتحدث أمام الجمهور. نظمت مبادرة ديوانية تدريب للمدربين الذي عقد في الحديقة الألفية وإستمر لمدة 5 أيام، حيث حضر التدريب أكثر من 25 مشارك. تضمن التدريب ثلاث مراحل أساسية تشمل مرحلة التواصل و تعزيز مفاهيم واساسيات المناظرة، والتخطيط ،التطوير و معرفة كيفية تقييم التدريبات

The CEO and co founder of Leaders of Tomorrow youth organization; Dr. Sami Hourani spoke at the Tech Tribes conference that was held in Colombia Research University, and addressed the audience to start thinking about hope, reason, and chance. He also talked about the challenges that we face as a non profit organization usually face, and did a creative presentation on our youth initiatives and their effect on the developmental cycle.

For9a at Tech Tribes

For9a participated in the Tech tribes conference that was held in the Colombia Research Centre - Amman, where we had set up a booth that featured for9a's new website, distributed bookmarks and explained For9a's methodology and talked about our new website launch.

شاركت مبادرة موقع فرصة في مؤتمر تيك ترايبز الذي عقد في مركز جامعة كولومبيا للبحوث في عمان حيث عرض موقع فرصة أسلوب عمله وكيفية تواصله مع المؤسسات المانحة والمستفيدين مما سمح للمبادرة بتوسيع شبكة معارفها وتوزيع موادها الإعلامية

فرصة بالأرقام في شهر تموز

Some valuable information and analytics was recorded this month to help us communicate insight on how for9a website is doing. This data visualization states that; around 3 million pages are checked monthly on the for9a website, and more than 180 thousands are regulary visiting our website and around 150 thousands are liking our facebok page. In addition to that, around 54% of females and 46% of males in the arab region benefit from for9a regional platform.

قام موقع فرصة بالبحث عن النتائج الذي حققها الموقع خلال هذا الشهر وتبين ان هناك أكثر من 180 زائر يتفقد صفحاته ويبلغ عدد الصفحات المتفقدة حوالي ال 3 مليون صفحة. وتكثر نسبة المستفيدين من موقع فرصة شهر بعد شهر حي كانت نسبة الإناث المستفيدين هل 54% و نسبة الشباب المستفيدين هي 46% في منطقة الوطن العربي. وعلى صفحاتنا على مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي الفيسبوك بلغ عدد اللايكات 150 ألف معجب.

UACTIVA8 project ''Our Community Our Responsibility''
مشروع مجتمعنا مسؤوليتنا

Our Community Our Responsibility project that is funded by the Europen Union , powered by the British Council and executed by Leaders of Tomorrow, focuses on capacity building for youth members in Russeifah community, The project now is in it's second phase. New participants are receiving high quality training on citizenship, sense of belonging and conflict resolution, innovation and community. This was the first group to be trained from this second phase. We are all now waiting for their creative initiatives!

مشروع مجتمعنا مسؤوليتنا الممول من الإتحاد الأوروبي بدعم من المجلس الثقافي البريطاني والمنفذ من قبل مؤسسة قادة الغد والذي يركز على تطوير مهارات الشباب في منطقة مدينة الرصيفة . المشروع في مرحلته الثانية الآن وتم تدريب المجموعة الأولى من المشاركين في البرنامج حيث يتلقى جميعهم تدريبات عالية الجودة تتضمن حس المواطنة الفاعلة، المجتمع ، الإنتماء وحل النزاعات . نحن بإنتظار مبادرات الشباب الخلاقة

In addition to the several training skills, that the participants received in previous sessions; they also took an additional training from LOT's financial department. This training was a very crucial one. Based on our previous experience with the initiative takers and Russeifah youth participants; some of them lacked project management skills . So on our behalf, we prepared dense training material that was adjusted to fit in the training agenda.

Three representatives from MS/ActionAid visited Leaders of Tomorrow for a collaboration brainstorming session. We talked about the different methodologies LOT uses to implement it's initiatives, such as Diwanieh and Fadfed in which ActionAid showed great interest, and were relevant to their youth fellowship program, that focused on educating young leaders.
زارنا ممثلي مؤسسة أكشن ايد الدنماركية للتعرف على مؤسسة قادة الغد ومبادراتها بالإضافة الى الإتفاق على كيفية إيجاد سبل للتعاون على مشاريع تجمع بين أهداف المؤسستين وتخلل الإجتماع شرح عن أهداف مبادرة ديوانية وفضفض مما أثار إهتمامهم لما له من فائدة على برنامج أكشن أيد للزمالات

CIEE visited us along with 9 other professors and researchers from different states in the U.S where they learned more about our initiatives, how we do it and what is the methodolgy that we use to implement most of our initiatives. Fadfed received appraisal in this session as a new research methodology.

قمنا بإستضافة زوار من مؤسسة سي أي إي و مجموعة من الباحثين والأساتذة الجامعيين من مناطق مختلفة في الولايات المتحدة حيث تعرفوا على مبادراتنا التي أثارت إهتمامهم ومن أهمها فضفض حيث بهروا بكيفية أستخدامها كأداة بحثية مهمة في المنطقة.

AMIDEAST visited us in August and were very keen on cooperating with Leaders of Tomorrow on sevreal projects.

Ashoka representative from Cairo - Egypt visited us and knew more about Leaders of Tomorrow youth initiatives and spent a day in our premises.

زارنا مندوبة عن مؤسسة أشوكا التي تعرفت على مبادراتنا بالتفصيل و قضت يوم كامل في المؤسسة وتعرفت على طاقم العمل وما نعمل عليه من مشاريع قادمة

Leaders of Tomorrow is either welcoming or saying goodbye to people who stay connected and loyal with their heart, mind and on social media. This was a goodbye party to our intern who came for the second time here to jordan.

تستقبل مؤسسة قادة الغد افرادا جدد وتودع البعض الآخر ولكن تبقى على تواصل معهم من خلال الولاء المتشكل داخلهم وعن طريق مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي حيث يزور البعض منهم الأردن عدة مرات لزيارتنا و تفقد أحوالنا ومساعدتنا

''When i was young'' was a fun event we planned in a nearby park, we played the games we used to play when we were young kids here in Jordan. Nostalgia blast made us all so happy and brought back the child we all have in our souls.

نظمنا نشاط ممتع في حديقة قريبة، ولعبنا بعض الألعاب التي كنا نلعبها في الصغر مما أثار الحماس لدى الجميع وأظهر الطفل الذي بداخل كل واحد منا.
