ضمن نشاطات مجتمع قادة الغد الدورية، وضمن مشروع قادة الغد والمعهد البريطاني ومؤسسة اناليند لتأسيس نوادٍ للمناظرة في الاردن. تعقد قادة الغد ورشة تدريب مدربين حول مهارات المناظرة والخطابة العامة، وذلك يوم السبت 11 فبراير 2012، من الساعة التاسعة صباحا حتى السادسة مساء ، وذلك في مركز المعلومات والبحوث – مؤسسة الملك الحسين بن طلال، جبل عمان – الدوار الثالث – بجانب مستشفى فرح – بناية رقم 26

مع العلم أن التسجيل سيكون حسب الأسبقية لأول عشرة متقدمين وسيتم اعطاء شهادة معتمدة في التدريب على مهارات المناظرة.

على المتقدمين :

- أن يكون لديهم اهتمام بالمناظرة، الخطابة العامة، مهارات الاتصال وتبادل الأفكار
- أن يكون لديهم استعداد للتحكيم في مسابقات المناظرة التي ستعقد بين نوادي المناظرة المدرسية
- أن تكون أعمارهم فوق 20 عاما
- أن تكون لديهم القدرة على فهم اللغة الانجليزية
- يفضل أن يكونوا معلمي مدارس ثانوية من محافظة الزرقاء أو العاصمة

عائلة من 4 أشخاص، تسكن في شرق عمان (جاوا) في بيت بأجرة بسيطة. تتألف العائلة من الأم، ابنها، وابنتيها. ليس للعائلة أي مصدر دخل، حتى أنهم غير قادرين على تأمين فاتورة الكهرباء، فهم يعيشون في الظلام بعد غروب الشمس.

الابن: يعاني من شلل دماغي منذ الطفولة، وهو الآن في الثلاثينيات، وصحته في تدهور مستمر. لم يعد يقوى على القيام، ويزحف بصعوبة بالغة وبمساعدة أمه وأخواته. تمكنت الأم من الحصول على اعفاء لولدها ليصرف له الدواء شهريا، علما بأن تكاليف الأدوية التي يتناولها تزيد عن 150 دينار، وهي تحمد الله على كونها تأخذها من وزارة الصحة بما يعادل دينار واحد فقط. المشكلة تتفاقم عندما ينقطع الدواء من الصحة ولا تستطيع تدبير ثمنه، علما بأن ولدها لا يستطيع البقاء دون علاج لأنه أصبح الآن يعاني من نوبات عصبية وتشنجات شديدة.

الأدوية التي يأخذها : Topamax, Tegretol, Rivotril, Carbatol

البنت الأولى: تم تشخيص ما تعانيه من تعب على أنه خلل في الشريان التاجي، كما تعاني من تقرحات مزمنة في المعدة.

البنت الثانية: تعاني مكن غدد دهنية في الظهر والأرجل تشكل عبئا على جسمها.

لقد توقف الأمر للأختين عند هذه المرحلة، وذلك لعدم وجود المال الكافي لمتابعة الفحوصات والتحاليل اللازمة أو العلاج.

الأم: في الخمسينات من عمرها، كانت تعمل اذنة في مدرسة ثم اضطرت لترك العمل للعناية بابنها المريض. تركها زوجها وهو الآ ن متزوج من زوجته الثالثة. رفضت وزارة التنمية إعطائها معونة، لكونها لا تزال “متزوجة” ويصرف لزوجها راتب من الضمان حيث أنه كان يعمل اذن في وزارة التربية والتعليم.

- تعمل (أو تعرف أحد يعمل) في القطاع الصحي، وتستطيع تأمين أدوية الابن، فقط في الأشهر التي ينقطع فيها من الصحة ، حتى لو كانت عينات طبية، وتحديدا توباماكس لارتفاع سعره حيث يبلغ 71.5 دينار
- لديك مصدر ضوء لا يحتاج إلى كهرباء (مثلا مصباح يدوي أو فانوس كاز) وبمكنك الاستغناء عنه
- تستطيع تأمين أي فرصة عمل لاحدى أو كلا الأختين. مع مراعاة مكان سكنهم، فمن الصعب أن يعملوا في مكان بعيد لارتفاع تكاليف المواصلات

A family of 4, living in East Amman (Jawa) in a house with low rent. The family consists of the mother, her son, and her two daughters. They have no source of income; they can’t even pay for electricity, so they live in the dark after sunset.

The son: suffers from cerebral palsy since childhood, his health continues to deteriorate and is now in his thirties. He can no longer walk, and can barely crawl with the help of his mother and sisters. The mother was able to obtain an exemption (grant) for her son to dispense his medication from the Ministry of Health every month, knowing that the cost of the drugs he is on is over 150 JD. She is thankful for being able to get them from the MOH for only 1 JD. The problem is when the medicine is not available at the MOH, and she is unable to pay for it. Note that her son cannot survive without treatment, as he is now suffering from seizures.

The son is on the following medications: Topamax, Tegretol, Rivotril, Carbatol

First daughter: was diagnosed with a defect in the coronary artery and is also suffering from chronic ulcers in the stomach.

Second daughter: suffers from sebaceous glands in her back and legs which are a burden to her body.

That is as far as it goes for the daughters, for there isn’t enough money to do the necessary tests and examinations or treatment.
The mother: in her fifties, she was working as a school janitor, had to leave work to take care of her ill son. Her husband left her, and is now married to his third wife. The Ministry of Social Development refused to give her aid, because she is still “married” and her husband gets a check from social security, since he worked as a janitor for the Ministry of Education.

1. Work (or know of someone who works) in the health sector, and can secure the son’s medications on the months when they are not available at the MOH (even medical samples will do), specifically Topamax cause it’s very expensive (71.5 JD)
2. Have any extra light source that does not need electricity (for example, a flashlight or a lantern)
3. Can secure employment for one or both sisters. (Please consider their place of residence; it is difficult to work in an area where the transportation costs will be high)

كرة القدم وسيلة للتفاهم واحترام الاخر والعمل كفريق

بالتعاون مع جامعة “بولستيت” في الولايات المتحدة الامريكية تنظم مؤسسة قادة الغد ورشة عمل لمدة يومين في محافظة الزرقاء. حيث سيتم تدريب مجموعة من مدربي رياضة كرة القدم واساتذة التربية الرياضية في مدارس محافظة الزرقاء على كيفية توظيف رياضة كرة القدم لفهم الاخر وتعزيز سبل الحوار والتفاهم وتعميق مفاهيم السلام والعمل ضمن الفريق. حيث ستعقد الورشة في الاول والثاني من شهر كانون الثاني ٢٠١٢ في قاعات كلية التربية الرياضية في الجامعة الهاشمية في محافظة الزرقاء.

من الجدير بالذكر ان هذه الورشة هي جزء من مشروع متكامل بدعم وتنظيم من جامعة “بولستيت” الامريكية حيث ستعقد ورشات مشابهة في العاصمة عمان بالتعاون مع الاتحاد الاردني لكرة القدم وورشات اخرى في محافظة عجلون بالتعاون مع مركز الاميرة

بسمة للشباب. وفي نهاية المشروع سيتم اختيار مجموعة من المدربين الاردنيين من المحافظات الثلاث للسفر والاقامة ثلاثة اسابيع في الولايات المتحدة الامريكية للاطلاع والاستفادة من الخبرات الامريكية في تدريب رياضة كرة القدم ، وكيفية توظيفها كوسيلة للتفاهم واحترام الاخر.

يهدف هذا المشروع الى تعميق العلاقة بين مدربي رياضة كرة القدم الاردنيين والامريكيين وتبادل الخبرات والمهارات بخصوص هذه الرياضة الشيقة ، بالاضافة الى ترسيخ سبل التفاهم والتعاون والسلام بين الشعبين.

SOCCER TRAININGS IN JORDAN TO PROMOTE UNDERSTANDING

Amman, Ajloun, and Zarqa to Host Trainings for Youth Soccer Coaches and Athletes

 Leaders of Tomorrow in collaboration with Muncie, IN – Ball State University in the United States will conduct a two-day workshop for young soccer trainers and players in the governorate of Zarqa on January 1 and 2, 2012 at the Faculty of Physical Education venues at the Hashemite University in Zarqa. The workshop aims to promote peace, understanding and citizenship through soccer. In total, 25 Jordanian soccer trainers and physical education teachers from Zarqa will be trained in regards to soccer skills and using it as a tool for dialogue and team building.

This workshop is part of a larger project organized by Ball State University in collaboration with three local NGOs in Jordan; Leaders of Tomorrow,  Jordan Football Association and Princess Basma Youth Resources Centre. Three rounds of trainings, so –called clinics will take place in three differentgovernorates. The first clinic in Zarqa is co-sponsored by Leaders of Tomorrow and will take place on January 1 and 2. The Amman clinic is co-sponsored by Jordan Football Association and will take place on January 3 and 4. The third clinic is in Ajloun, co-sponsored by Princess Basma Youth Resource Centre, and will take place on January 6 and 7.

The program aims to promote empathy and understanding between Jordanian and American youth soccer coaches, encourage youth soccer coaches’ to instill values of good citizenship in young athletes through soccer, advance Jordanian and American youth soccer coaches, provide knowledge about technical aspects of coaching, and increase skills among the young players while learning ways to interact with diverse and various cultures and groups.

عقدت مؤسسة قادة الغد والمعهد الهولندي في عمان ورشة عمل تدور حول التواصل المجتمعي ووسائل الاتصال الاجتماعي ودورها في تعزيز الحوار بين الثقافات وقطاع الاعمال. وذلك يوم الأحد الموافق 11/12/2011 في تمام الساعة الخامسة مساءً في مركز الحسين الثقافي الكائن في رأس العين في عمان، حيث ستعقد الورشة في القاعتين 1أ /1 ب

استضافت ورشة العمل، التي ناقشت التواصل المجتمعي، الوسائط الإعلامية الإلكترونية والأعمال، البروفيسور “بايال أرورا” من جامعة إيراسموس في روتردام – هولندا. والمستشار والمحاضر السيد “جيل ألكيما”، المتخصص في مجال تقديم الاستشارات الاستراتيجية والإدارية لمدراء المشاريع.

ناقشت هذه الورشة العلاقة بين قطاع الأعمال والثقافة كهوية وطنية حيث يتم التركيز على ثلاثة أبعاد :

• جغرافية الثقافة، التطبيق الواقعي مقابل النظري، الموقع ومدى صلته.

• التسويق والعلاقات مع العملاء والهيكل التنظيمي.

• إشكالات نظريات العالم “البروفيسور غيرت هوفستيد” المتخصص في إدارة الثقافات.

حاضر في هذه الورشة الدكتورة “بايال أرورا” وهي حاصلة على شهادة الدكتوراة من جامعة كولومبيا – نيويورك، وشهادة الماجستير من جامعة هارفارد، بالإضافة إلى شهادة التدريس من جامعة كامبريدج.  تشغل الدكتورة أرورا حاليا منصب بروفيسور مساعد في قسم الإعلام والإتصالات في كلية التاريخ والثقافة والإعلام والاتصالات في جامعة إيراسموس – روتردام.

تتمثل خبرات الدكتورة أرورا في قطاع الأعمال ووسائل الإعلام الحديثة، الثقافة والتنمية العالمية. وهي مؤلفة كتاب تحت عنوان  “شعائر الدوت كوم : الحوسبة الاجتماعية في وسط جبال الهيمالايا” (Dot Com Mantra: Social Computing in the Central Himalayas) الذي نشرته شركة آش غيت للنشر (المملكة المتحدة). ويدور هذا الكتاب حول استخدامات الوسائط الإعلامية الإلكترونية في الهند. أمّا كتابها الثاني “Virtual and Real Leisure Spaces: A Comparative and Cross-Cultural Analysis” الذي نشرته روتليدج للنشر، فهو يرسم صورة شاملة وعالمية للمساحات الإعلامية الحديثة.

اما المحاضر الثاني فكان الاستاذ “جيل ألكيما” ويعمل كمستشار، ومحاضر. حيث يعلم وينصح الاداريين على كيفية وضع الاستراتيجيات وإدارة المشاريع والبرامج. تكمن خلفية ألكيما التعليمية في الاقتصاد والجغرافية الإنسانية. وقد جمع خبراته من خلال العمل في وزارة الخارجية الهولندية، الأمم المتحدة (منظمة العمل الدولية، برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي)، والعديد من الشركات استشارية والجامعات ، بالإضافة إلى عمله في شركته الخاصة.
