مبادرة المواهب الجديدة والناشئة (NETI) هي نقطة دخول الى مسيرة مهنية مع منظمة اليونيسيف التابعة للامم المتحدة في مجال التنمية الدولية. في برنامج المسار الوظيفي هذا الممتد لثلاث سنوات، سيحصل المشاركون على شهر واحد من التدريب في مقر اليونيسف في نيويورك ومن ثم يتم اعطائهم مهمات داخل الولايات المتحدة الامريكية للفترة المتبقية من السنة الأولى. إذا كانت هذه الفترة ناجحة ، سوف يستمر المشاركين لمدة عامين آخرين في مجموعات محددة المواهب وسيكون لهم أولوية في ملأ الشواغر الوظيفية.
                                   
مبادرة المواهب الجديدة والناشئة  تبحث حاليا عن طلب عام، بالإضافة إلى 8 مواهب وظيفية محددة. علاوات الراتب تعتمد على الخبرة ووضع التوظيف. وسوف يبدأ  المشاركين  برنامج مبادرة المواهب الجديدة والناشئة  NETI 2012 في فبراير أومارس من عام 2012. وبعد ذلك سيطلب من المرشحين المختارين من الجولة الاولى تقديم اختبار كتابي، يليه مقابلة.
وسوف يتلقى المشاركون NETI دورات تدريبية، تدريب الشخصي وتوجيه لضمان نجاحهم في البرنامج وتحقيق التنمية الشخصية والمهنية.

HANDS Along the Nile is an American not-for-profit organization focused on promoting exchange and dialogue between Egyptian and American communities through creating development projects in Egypt. The HANDS program is looking for interns to work in Washington, D.C. and in Egypt on an ongoing basis.
