Since 2007, Leaders of Tomorrow (LoT) organized three conferences on social issues in Jordan. Under the patronage of his royal highness prince Hassan Bin Tala. The first Conference ” The Jordanian Society between East and West, Past and Future”  took place in Aug 2007. Funded by, King Abdullah Fund for Development (KAFD) and Middle East Partnership initiative (MEPI).

In May 2008 LoT in collaboration with Project on Middle East Democracy (POMED) , Americans for Informed Democracy (AID) and the Center for Strategic Studies (CSS) organized the conference  ”American Foreign Policy and the Jordanian Society” under the patronage of his excellency Dr. Mohammad Al Haliqa.

LoT proceeded its work on discussing the Jordanian society issues by hosting 80 young leaders from all over Jordan, to discuss pressing social issues in its third conference ” Jordan: Communities and Individuals, Heritage and Modernity” taking place in January 2010 under the patronage of  her excellency Ms. Hala Latouf, the minister of social development in Jordan
