The Arab Education Forum, Safar fund, Arab Theatre Training Center, Al Balad Theatre,, Studio Emad Eddine Foundation, Dramatiska Institutet, and the Roberto Cimetta Funds are preparing for a Symposium as part of their joint Istikshaf project exploring mobility around the Mediterranean, partially funded by the Anna Lindh Foundation.

يتوجه الملتقى التربوي العربي بالتعاون مع صندوق روبرتو تشيميتا/فرنسا، وذلك ضمن برنامج “استكشاف” المشترك بدعم من مؤسسة آنا ليند،  بدعوة الأكاديميين والمختصين والممارسين المهتمين بتقديم أوراق عمل في الندوة الدراسية حول “استكشاف التجوال حول المتوسط” إلى إرسال نبذة مختصرة عن ورقة العمل المقترحة إلى العنوان المذكور أدناه.

Istikshaf is a project that aims to develop an interactive platform for mobility operators, artists, policymakers and cultural professionals in order to deepen understanding and further opportunities that structure artistic mobility in the Mediterranean.

ELIGIBILITY

YOUR ABSTRACT

Papers should be about one of the following themes:

• Mobility for learning or mobility as a learning tool?
• Challenges to mobility
• The culture of mobility
• Mainstreaming/sustaining mobility as a culture and practice
• Different models/paradigms of Mobility: mobility vs. tourism? Mobility vs. migration?
• Experiences in mobility around the Mediterranean
• Mobility as a tool for reinforcing local cultural development

HOW TO APPLY

[1] write an abstract in Arabic, English or French (max. 300 words)
